H-2B US Trainning Program

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

US Training Program H-2B gives our attendants a chance to work legally in the United States of America. The offer is based on a document for seasonal and temporary workers known as H-2B visa. Aside from cultural and educational purposes, participation in the arrangement allows all individuals to get to know the American way of doing business and learning it from “the inside” of their company. International team means a direct contacts with co-workers and your boss, as well as dealing with  the needs and expectations of clients on a daily basis. This is both learning the language from native speakers and developing your skills. Jobs available to our participants depend on their communication skills and  experience. The enrollment is all year long and the contracts are being signed for a period of 3-12 months. Please remember  you cannot work on your own or change your employer during the program.

H-2B VISA

H2b visa  is one of  temporary (seasonal)  visas available to employees  of foreign non-professionals. It means that people from all around the world can be legally employed in the USA for a certain period of time (usually for 3-12 months). H2B visa can be individually extended up to 36 months. H2b visa regulation forbids you to change jobs while being  on contract. That  means  you will have to work  in only one company for your entire stay in the US.
